A. Payments :
- You agree to pay the charges the first time to launch the account and then for each month you want to go on with us, if we don't receive the payment within 10 days of the concerning month, we will have to close your account.
B. Use of Service :
- (DEDICATED CUSTOMERS ONLY) In case of cancellation You have to inform us 30 days before You cancel. Otherwise You will have to pay 100Euro. We need those 30 days to be able to plan our servers usage/placement.
- You agree you won't spam to people that didn't request your url in their e-mail and You will not use Your account/server for any method of spamming. Once we receive a spam abuse we will shut down Your account and You will not get back Your payment for the current period.
- We do accept adult content and non-adult content. We DO NOT accept child pornography, warez, stolen passwords, unauthorized mp3 files or any other illegal content. Moreover - once we detect any of such content on Your server we will shut down Your acocunt and inform local authorties.
C. Service Disclaimers:
- We will take care for all our materials and for a maximum uptime and stability. However nobody is protected from any failures and we can't be held as responsible for any downtime or any kind of crash. Moreover, we won't backup your files, so keep a copy of your site on your machine in the event of a server crash.
- We will also warn all our customers in case of any problems.
- We reserve the right to stop the service to anyone, WITH a warning before.
D. Indemnification of Provider/Relationship of Parties:
- In case of law problems with your site, You guarantee you will indemnify us for any law costs.
- You guarantee that You are responsible for the content You upload to Your server. (even if we try to monitor 24h/day).
E. Security/Software:
- You agree to take all steps reasonable, necessary, and prudent to protect your login id and password.
- You agree not to attempt to undermine or cause harm to any server or customer of Provider.
- You acknowledge that Provider cannot provide technical support for any software and/or script that the User installs, other than variable name changes. User also acknowledges Provider does not supply technical support for Microsoft FrontPage or Windows NT servers.
F. Content:
- We believe in freedom of speech. As long as the your content does not break the law it will be allowed to exist on the User's website.
- You are responsible for any content You place on Your website, or any content You allow via anonymous ftp.
- Although we will never sell your information, however we will fully cooperate with law enforcements if a User reports broken law or content abuse.
- The Provider reserves the right to remove any page(s) at any time, for any reason.
